  • The Basic class is the perfect starting point for anyone new to Pilates. Here, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Pilates, including how to use the machines and understand essential principles to prevent injuries in future classes. It’s a great foundation for your Pilates journey!

    All members are required to join this before they proceed joining other classes.

  • The Beginner – Full Body class is designed to help you build strength at a comfortable pace. It’s also an excellent opportunity to learn how to follow instructor cues in a relaxed and easy-to-follow environment. Perfect for those just starting out!

    Remember your muscle & strength won’t be built in one or two sessions. Expect a consistent practice to achieve steady growth

  • Improve your posture and mobility in this 50-minute reformer class designed to lengthen and strengthen the back of your body. This slow-flow session promotes relaxation while enhancing the flexibility of your muscles and fascia. It also fosters greater awareness of your body’s movement patterns, helping you achieve better control, balance, and alignment in both daily life and exercise. 

    Throughout the class, we focus on your spine, back, and—most importantly—your breathing to help release tension built up during the week. While suitable for all levels, this is our most beginner-friendly class, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with their body. 

    Suggest clients to take 3 beginner classes before this.

    Recommended for intermediate clients or those already familiar with reformer Pilates.

    Recommend for experienced beginner clients who wants to give their core another punch and spiky challenge.
